Asymmetrical face, uneven jawline, unnatural contours, massive scar under chin - what are my options? (Photos)

I had a facelift In December of 2024. I'm very happy with the left side of my face, but I'm not pleased with the way the right side of my face looks (these are selfies, so they are reversed). I've brought this up to my surgeon several times, and he blows off my concerns that this is a structural issue, offering only unsatisfactory solutions like filler, which would only add fullness where it already looks droopy. Plus it's more money for a very temporary and unpredictable solution. He also left a pretty massive scar under my chin that intersects with the problem area. I feel like he ran into issues there and wasn't skilled enough to handle it properly but I'm not a surgeon so that is just a guess. My face wasn't totally symmetrical before the procedure, but now my jawline looks uneven and the contours unnatural. What are my options? I included a photo of the horrible gash under my chin from few days after surgery and you can see what it looks like healed in previous photos.
