Hello. I’m 8 months post op from a deep place facelift, necklift. I’ve taken care of my scars as advised during healing with silicone gel. As healing has progressed the scars have “branched out” and slightly elevated. My ear lobes are also not the same and look odd to me. My ears are also still very sensitive to any touch. Should I be thinking revision? Lasers? Steroid? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am very sorry that you are having these tissues. Sensory nerves can slowly regenerate and can take up to 12 months, but occasionally up to 24. The tightness is from the lift and could be from permanent sutures. You can ask your surgeon about this. Slowly as you age and your tissue relaxes,...
I doubt this is fluid, but probably how tissue was pulled up inside and bunched. This can be revised. go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. this could be done in the office.
