I’m 50 years old and went to NY to see a top doctor for a lower face, neck and brow lift. I am devastated at my results but scared to pay for another procedure and have it either look overly pulled and fake or not work again. My original doctor tells me she thinks it was a good result but there is no way please give me an honest answer and advice on whether it’s possible to do a good, natural and safe revision? Why would it have gone so wrong and how much would a good revision be?

The filler looks like it was injected quite superficial and in large quantities in the anterior midface. I am not sure what is really going on based on these photos. I would recommend using an ultrasound so see what is going on in the face and also where the filler was actually...
Those bulges were present prior to surgery, but less noticeable because of the lose skin. I would suggest Renuvion and Morpheus treatments to help tighten that area. Surgery is too risky there because of the potential of nerve damage to your mouth.
You could either do a scar revision or laser. You need something aggressive that will treat the full thickness depth of the scar. These are related to poor closure/tension/sutures.
