Dimple and crease - doctor offered revision of one cheek. What would you do about cheeks? (Photos)

Had facelift, neck lift, lower bleph, lip lift, and brow lift in May 2024. I noticed a dimple and crease in my left cheek two months later when I could finally smile. Flew back to my Dr who said it was a volume issue, and injected three syringes of Voluma into my cheeks. It never felt or looked right after that, and after a year of trying to convince myself that it was ok, I contacted my Dr. and we had a FaceTime call. I showed him the dimple and crease again, and now he tells me that I need a revision and that he would fix the one cheek, even though the other cheek isn’t smooth. Do I let him fix only one cheek?
