I know I want both procedures but not sure which one I should do first. This would be my 2nd round on BBL and got pregnant a year after. I’m 5’3 and 197lbs looking to drop more before surgery.
Answer: Tummy tuck and BBL It may be beneficial to combine these surgeries. I would search for a board certified plastic surgeon that would offer to do both surgeries in one sitting. This would save you downtime and possibly cost. Best of luck to you.

Answer: BBL or TT Unfortunately, this question can be answered only on the basis of photos or better, in person consultation. I would suggest you to see a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in body contouring surgery for evaluation and plan of treatment. Good luck.

Answer: Considering round 2 BBL The first question is, how satisfied were you with your first BBL, such that you are considering round 2? You may be in good company with many others who had high hopes for BBL but instead received disappointing results (lumpiness, unevenness, lack of projection in the central and/or lower buttock, post-deflation sagging, etc.) as most of the fat melts away. It is not quite as much the quality of the doctor nor liposuction technique but rather the quality of the procedure that is a large part of the problem. Thus, going back for round 2 BBL most often produces the same disappointing results but at another financial loss. Buttock implants indeed provide a more reliable, predictable, relatively safe, and permanent result, especially for adding projection to the buttock and often smoothing out lumpiness. Occasionally a lower buttock tuck may be advantageous for lower buttock fold asymmetries and/or sagging. Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants so be sure to consult with one that is reputable and experienced. Unfortunately you may have to travel long and far away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

Answer: Tummy tuck and BBL I do these procedures at the same time fairly regularly. I remove all the excess fat from their waist to maximize the TT result, and transfer that fat to the buttock. However, if there is some reason to do them separately you probably should do the BBL first. The simple reason is once you do the tummy tuck the fat from your lower abdomen would be gone and unavailable as a donor source. Get in person consults with plastic surgeons who you like their before and after photos of these procedures. Good luck.

Answer: BBL and TT Dear Gigimg87, if you want to get BBl and TT, it is probably better to get BBl first and TT later. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
