I had bbl/lipo 360 last year so almost a year post op now. Pre- surgery I originally had a slight curve to my waist. The surgeon did not contour my waist and now it's a straight waist which I hate. Will gaining weight and doing a round 2 bbl/lipo 360 be able to help contour my waiste to be more of an hour glass shape?
Answer: Considering round two BBL for more hourglass figure Although preoperative photos would be very helpful, it may not be that your waistline can be contoured inward anymore, but rather, adding volume to your hips may be the solution to provide more of that hourglass figure you are desiring. Round two BBL fat transfer to your hips is unlikely provide much additional projection. In these cases the most reliable and permanent solution is cosmetic hip implants. Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in hip implants so be sure to consult with one that is reputable and experienced. Unfortunately you may have to travel long and far away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.
