Can ultherapy done only on undereye melt the fat of the cheeks and sag it?

I had ultherapy only on my under eyes 9 months ago and now my eyes r more hollow and my skin from my cheeks seems to be sagging and hollowing too..can the ultherapy heat spread all over the cheeks even though it was only done on the undereye?I'm 30 yrs old and worried

Since abdominal skin is not thin, isn't it a waste to use the 1.5mm Ultherapy transducer on it?
