Can ultherapy done only on undereye melt the fat of the cheeks and sag it?

I had ultherapy only on my under eyes 9 months ago and now my eyes r more hollow and my skin from my cheeks seems to be sagging and hollowing too..can the ultherapy heat spread all over the cheeks even though it was only done on the undereye?I'm 30 yrs old and worried

I have five years of experience with Ultherapy and I have never seen fat loss as a result of treatment. It sounds like you have been treated not with MFUS but a HIFU or RF device that heats a wide area under the skin and depending on the device can cause fat loss. Certain devices advertise that they break down fat.

I recommend an in-person evaluation with your performing practitioner to asses your treatment results. When you are exploring the options of facial procedures, make sure that you also explore the right type of cosmetic doctor to perform your procedure. Clear communication with your practitioner is your best tool in getting the appropriate procedure that's suited to the goals you're looking to achieve.
