Does ultrasonic rhinoplasty lower the risk for extensive cartilage formation during the healing process?

I had 2 regular rhinoplasties done by the same surgeon. The tip grew back in profile view both times (it looks good from the front) Now i’m thinking out ultrasonic rhinoplasty it is said to cause less trauma and thus it might also trigger less cartilage formation?
