Thank you for your question. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. A combination of surgical and non-surgical procedures has the potential to achieve your desired outcome.Best wishes,
Thanks for your questions and your photograph. You may be a candidate for a non surgical rhinoplasty using filler to improve the transition from your brow to your nose. The nasal bridge could also be augmented. Additional photo images demonstrating different views may be helpful, but ultimately, I would advise you to consider a formal consultation to discuss your options.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on yourphotograph, you have a deep set readix and you may benefit from radix augmentation using diced cartilage wrapped in fascia. Make sure you specifically look at before and afterpictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeonand not just a computer animation system. The most importantaspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seekconsultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluateyou in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
