I had an FUE transplant done in July 2018 mainly on my temples. I noticed at the time that there didn't seem to be good density on one of the temples. Now 7 months later I have little growth and what looks like poor density and a patchy result. I can see no more new hairs poking up through the skin.

Answer: It may take 8-12 months before seeing the final results of your hair transplant surgery.
This is completely normal to have redness in the recipient are 1 month out after a large hair transplant surgery. In some cases the redness can last almost 2 to 3 months after. The redness will go away with time.
The implantation method does not improve the lack of density. Your surgeon and the team's artistic and technical skill will ultimately determine how many grafts are implanted and your results.
