Should I have a Brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck revision at the same time or separate the procedures? (Photos)

This often comes up in my practice and there are no perfect answers here.  Its not the surgeries cannot be combined especially if you are young and healthy. The issues have more to do with post op recovery. It is hard to recover from a tummy tuck and diastasis repair alone, but with a BBL it is recommended that you not sit on your buttocks post op.  This is tough for you to do.  What I recommend is to break the surgeries.  First do the BBL and then come back later for the revision surgery.  Good luck. In certain circumstance this is a very common combination especially in my practice where revisions constitute about 80% of what I do. Recovery requires some creativity in sleeping.

Tummy tuck and BBL should not be combined. One requires you to recover sleeping on your back and one requires you to recover sleeping on your front. If you were to have both at one time there would be no way to avoid affecting the results of one of the procedures, possibly both. Given that you are already having a revision, do you want to take the risk and have to undergo a third tummy tuck? Its much better to separate the two procedures, I personally suggest having the BBL first so that as much fat as possible can be removed from the abdomen and then the remaining loose skin can be excised in about 3 months when you have the TT.
