I had a TT about 2 years ago. I have gained 20lbs since the surgery. There is bulging under the breast area. There is also dimpling in that area(cellulite). Im not sure if it's from weight gain. I also notice that the scar is concaved. Is there a way to fix this. If so what would be the price. Is this a major surgery?
Answer: Weight gain will cause the shape discrepancy Thank you for your question. I think if you have gained weight since the surgery, then this will definitely change the overall shape and anatomy. My advice would be to aim to lose the weight you gained rather than going under the knife. Revision surgery is always more expensive, as there is more scar tissue and the risks are greater compared to surgery on virgin tissue that has no scars. If you were happy with the results prior to gaining the weight, then it is worth getting back to that weight. I hope this is of help BW

Answer: Tummy tuck revision Dear Luckie7,The easy answer to your question is yes, a revision tummy tuck would likely solve your issues. The correct answer to your question is that losing the 20 pounds that you gained is a better option, especially if you were satisfied before you gained the 20. Too many patients unfairly return to their plastic surgeons complaining of their results when in fact they have had significant weight gain. If you believe that you cannot lose the weight revision procedures can be considered, but expect to pay something for them. Good luck!
