I am 6 weeks post op and have been dealing with a penny size necrosis spot for 2weeks now. The surgeons nurse said it looked fine just cover it with gauze and it will get better. Saw my surgeon 3 days ago who cleaned it out and said put Neosporin on it and give it 2 weeks. My obgyn yesterday said clean it out, use peroxide for 3 days and let air get to it. What is the best way to clear this up?? Confused!
