If I could give Dr Malotky and his team a 10 I would! I can't say enough great things about Dr Malotky and his staff! They have been incredible from day one. I had a breast augmentation and mastopexy done and I could not be happier with the results! Having never had surgery before Dr Malotky was very patient from day one answering all my questions and going over every step so I never had any reservations going into surgery. I felt informed and extremely comfortable with Dr Malotky that I was able to make the right decision about surgery for my body. He took his time to help me figure out exactly what implants would look best for my body. Even after surgery him & his team were there to answer any questions I had and make sure I felt taken care of. Everyone at Summit Plastics was so welcoming, kind, and professional. My results are incredible and exactly what I had envisioned so I want to thank Dr Malotky for making that happen! I would HIGHLY recommend Summit Plastics and Dr Malotky a thousand times over for anyone looking to have plastic surgery. There is no doubt in my mind that I choose the best surgeon to get the job done!

After two kids, many years, and losing 100 pounds, I started looking for a surgeon for a tummy tuck and I have to say that from my initial consultation with Dr. Malotky to my 12-week follow-up I have felt cared for and heard. I feel that the staff were all very attentive and sweet to me. My surgery was done so beautifully, I look in the mirror now and am taken aback at my reflection; I am in awe of what he accomplished in the operating room. I had a fleur de lis abdominoplasty with muscle plication and 360 lipo. It was everything that Dr. Max said it would be and more. My surgery was life changing and has had such a positive impact on my life and my confidence. I would encourage anyone considering cosmetic surgery to go and at least have a consultation, I strongly believe that you will not regret it! I will definitely be returning if I decide to have any more procedures!!

Dr Malotky and his staff make you feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process of cosmetic surgery. They were quick to respond to my questions and always made me feel important. I underwent a tummy tuck and muscle repair surgery with Dr. Malotky and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Firstly, I would like to commend his staff who are incredibly kind and delightful. Dr. Malotky himself is extremely compassionate and avoids being imposing. He was also quite candid. There was a minor hiccup due to a spitting stitch, which was a standard risk associated with surgery and not the doctor's fault. Despite this, Dr. Malotky made it a point to meet with me every week, not out of obligation but because he understood my need for mental reassurance that everything was going to be fine - and it was! I now feel confident with my appearance, and beautiful, something I hadn't felt since my early twenties. A big thank you to Summit Plastic Surgery!

From the moment I stepped into their office I knew it was the best choice. I was comfortable throughout my entire process, my choices and wants were respected and listened to. I never thought I'd ever have plastic surgery. Weight loss and time altered my body, and after years of being "fine" with it, I went to Dr. Malotky just to learn more about options. In short, the work of he and his stiff was incredible. But for me the added priceless bonus was that he was very understanding of how personal a decision this is. Dr. Malotky took my janky tuberous breasts with soft tissue poking into the areola and transformed them into gorgeous, pillowy ta-tas with the cleavage of my dreams. I mean, they're absolutely beautiful now and wildly surpassed my expectations! Freaking artist at what he does, and the rest of his office is also fantastic. Truly an excellent experience from start to finish and I would recommend him and his staff a hundred times over.

I would give Dr. Malotky 20 stars if I could. I had been wanting to get a breast augmentation for years, and after I began working for Dr. Malotky, I knew he was the surgeon for me. It's clear how much he truly cares for each and every one of his patients, and it shows through his work as well. I went back and forth on what size implants I wanted many times, but he helped me pick a size that suited my small frame and was honest about what size/profile was best for the look I was going for, which I really appreciated. My new look has given me confidence I didn't know I was missing, and I could not be happier with my results!

I got an abdominoplasty with muscle plication and I’m beyond grateful for everyone here. Not only do I have amazing results, but they made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions! 30 yrs old, mom of 2, 5’3” 118 lbs, yoga teacher/stay at home mom to kids and farm.
I went with 255cc, moderate profile, smooth round silicone gel implants.
I originally wanted fewer cc’s and a low plus profile but since I had no upper pole my Dr convinced me doing a 255cc moderate profile was best for my desired result. I did not want to go very big but still wanted to fill out my skin. Breastfeeding took its toll on my boobs and totally deflated me.
I had surgery 3 days ago. Recovery has been a little more intense than what I was expecting. Today is the first day I feel somewhat normal. Although I am still scared to actually do anything besides sit on the couch. My surgical bra is extremely tight and uncomfortable so I called my Dr and they agreed I need a bigger one. Hopefully that makes me more comfortable.

Call your doctor if your surgical bra seems too tight!!! Thankfully I did and they agreed it seems too tight for me. I will be getting a bigger one later today!! I will share pics without the bra when I switch over to the new one.

So I finally got my new compression bra. I feel so much better but I'm hoping my too tight original surgical bra didn't smush my boobs too much. I hope they fluff out soon!

At this point in my recovery process I am unsure if it has been worth the pain and discomfort. I'm sure once I'm all healed I will firmly believe it was worth it but right now....this kind of sucks!!!!  I am happy with the size I decided to go with though!

No pain meds today! I even went outside for a while today which was so nice! I have not been out since the surgery. My right side feels great. No complaints.  My left side has had a come & go throbbing pain all day. It's not terrible but it is uncomfortable.

I would rate the throbbing pain a 6/10 but it only lasts a couple of seconds. I've noticed it only happens if I move my left arm away from my body so I've tried to keep my left arm as still as possible. I can't wait for my boobs to settle so I can see how they are really going to look.

I made it to the 1 week mark! Today is the first day I’ve noticed my boobs taking a more round shape. Thank goodness!
My left side is still giving me issues. If I stay very still it’s fine but moving my left arm, leaning back, or standing straight up sends a shooting/stabbing pain.
My right side is getting better every day. I am so thankful I can function on that side.
Sleeping is still pretty difficult as I cannot get comfortable.
In pictures they look a little uneven...I think it’s how I’m holding the phone because in real life they don’t look as noticeably different.

My left side is finally starting to loosen up. Still a bit of nerve pain but nothing like a few days ago. I was even able to put this swimsuit top on to take an after photo!!! It took a bit of work but I was determined! Haha
So a few things I was surprised by during this whole process:
1. It was much harder on my body than I was expecting. I thought I would be sore but overall would be back to normal pretty fast. Nope.
2. The whole body bloating after surgery. Not sure why but I was very puffy all over.
3. Turning into a couch potato. Now I’m just puffy all over because I snack much more than I use to since all I could really do for about a week was sit and watch tv. I’m ready for my workouts to start again!!!!
4. Morning boob.
It’s my birthday today!! Let’s celebrate with this before and after!!!

What a difference two weeks makes!!! I feel great and I absolutely LOVE my results!
The only time I really hurt is at night. I just have a constant fullness feeling in my breasts now. The same fullness you get when you’re full of milk. The itching is unreal- that’s my biggest complaint now.
Tomorrow is my post op appointment. I am ready to get rid of these steri-strips and stitches that’s for sure!

I love my boobs! I was terrified of going too big for my frame so I went with a very small implant. I am happy with my decision. I could have probably gone a little bigger and been totally fine. I like that I can wear a tight tank or sports bra and not feel uncomfortable about their size (not too big or small).
My right side has not dropped as much as the left. It feels much tighter and higher. I am wearing a band to add pressure to the right side several hours per day so hopefully that helps.
