I got a nonsurgical rhinoplasty done on Friday and today is Sunday. Profile view looks good but front view is sooo terrible. I’m so unhappy and not sure if this is still swelling or the final result.

Swelling can be typical and can last for 1-2 weeks following filler injections. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

HA fillers are hydrophilic. That means that they hold onto water. You may be seeing some excessive fullness, only four days after your procedure. You do seem to have more swelling than usual but it is difficult to answer this without knowing what filler or how much was used. 
Either way, you need to wait 2 weeks until you can really say for sure how things will look in the longrun. If you are very concerned then book back in to see your plastic surgeon.

I agree it certainly looks swollen, and this isn't a result you would want to persist. At this stage I think it is still quite likely to be swelling, and if this is the case it should settle over the next few days. Do you know which product was used and how much was injected? Was it all placed centrally, or was there any placed either side of the midline? Did it look good immediately afterwards, and then become swollen later?In the end if you are unhappy I suggest you return to your physician and seek their advice.Good luck.
