I got a nonsurgical rhinoplasty done on Friday and today is Sunday. Profile view looks good but front view is sooo terrible. I’m so unhappy and not sure if this is still swelling or the final result.

Answer: Filler swelling? I agree it certainly looks swollen, and this isn't a result you would want to persist. At this stage I think it is still quite likely to be swelling, and if this is the case it should settle over the next few days. Do you know which product was used and how much was injected? Was it all placed centrally, or was there any placed either side of the midline? Did it look good immediately afterwards, and then become swollen later?In the end if you are unhappy I suggest you return to your physician and seek their advice.Good luck.
