I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and improve the tip. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. A tip rhinoplasty would be preferably to reshape your tip cartilages for a less bulbous appearance.  Fillers can maybe camouflage the bifid cartilages but would not refine the tip. 

Hello jlach, thank you for your query and photos. I would not consider you a good candidate for a NSR, tip work is often really hard and fraught with the most complications with fillers. You would be a great candidate for surgical rhinoplasty. Find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and you can see him or her for a consultation, we can now use computer generated imagery to show you how the tip can be shaped.
