Based on your photos, you appear to have very thin nasal skin. When people have thin nasal skin, there can be exaggerated shrink-wrap of the skin onto the underlying cartilages and bone of the nose. Since you have thin skin, I believe the expertise of your revision rhinoplasty specialist would be paramount.
