Unhappy with polygon tip; solutions?

Hello, I had a nose job a year ago. The tip of my nose was reduced in size and shaped according to the polygon tip principle without discussing it with me. Since I am very dissatisfied with this because I really liked my old tip My surgical report states that a lateral crural steal, dome spanning sutures and medial sliding were used. Would the old nose tip shape be retained if the sutures were removed and the overlying cartilage from the lateral and middle crus were reconnected?

I have had success in improving tio definition and bulbous appearance by meticulously dissecting out and removing scar tissue: combined with taping and regular injections monthly. You do have thick skin and that does limit what is achievable but based on your pictures I am optimistic.

Of course, I don't have the opportunity to *feel* your nose, but the swelling should be subsided by now, especially in the tip, and even with the bridge small touch-up at four months. That history suggests that the "swelling" and fullness that we see in the tip is actually your tip cartilages,...

The reason I ask is that, from these frontal views, the nose looks long, with the tip drooping down. In a frontal view, like these, we see the asymmetry more prominently when the nose is long -- we are able to see the curves. If the tip is elevated, there is less length to show the asymmetry, so...
