Is it possible to fix an open rhinoplasty scar which is very visible and sticking out?

Hello. I had my surgery in 2020. Ever since the scar on my right side has been very visible. It sticks out and is harsh. Unlike the one on the left side which is not noticeable. I've had steroid injections but nothing. I think the bit that sticks out is maybe scar tissue? Is it possible to reopen and close it surgically and allow it to heal again properly? I dont want any surgery on my nose just on that scar. Thanks in advance
