Am I going to need a revision? (Photo)

First photo is 2 months post-op, second photo is 10 months post-op. I loved my nose in the beginning, but then it kept swelling and started to resemble my old nose. I feel like the tip also dropped a significant amount. Why is this happening? I have had 3 steroid injections, the first 2 seemed to help, the third did nothing. Is it the surgeons technique, the way I am healing, or cartilage memory? Is this normal? I am just trying to understand why this is happening.

Answer: It's probably technique, but that doesn't mean the operation was performed poorly. More...
