I have had 5 rhinoplasties, 3 broken nasal bones. I am unhappy with the results. I went to see a specialist and they were concerned, in order, of: 1)The fluctuating swelling worsening 2)Slight chance of necrosis They weren't completely against surgery but were hesitant due to further damaging the soft tissue and blood supply. Would ultrasonic rhinoplasty be a good option for someone with my case? 37 yro F, Caucasian/Hispanic, thin skin, 5'3" 135 lbs

To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you’ve had more than one operation, then you should ideally include before and after pictures of each of your previous operations.

It's impossible to accurately comment without before and after standardized photos but secondary rhinoplasty is very difficult. I'd first discuss with your primary surgeon and then get a second opinion from an experienced secondary rhinoplasty surgeon.
I have had success in improving tio definition and bulbous appearance by meticulously dissecting out and removing scar tissue: combined with taping and regular injections monthly. You do have thick skin and that does limit what is achievable but based on your pictures I am optimistic.
