My implants are too high and close. Will I need a revision surgery? (Photo)

Yana77
I’m 3 months post op got my breast lift and implants I didn’t want them to look natural wanted a fuller look so went with 485 Cc high profile. I’m concerned that my breast hasn’t dropped much since and still sitting very high up it’s super tight and hard but main issue is my cleavage I got none basically they’re too close is it a symmastia ? My doctor keep saying that because I went bigger it’ll take them longer to dropp and settle is that the case or will I need a revision surgery?
