I’m 3 months post op got my breast lift and implants I didn’t want them to look natural wanted a fuller look so went with 485 Cc high profile. I’m concerned that my breast hasn’t dropped much since and still sitting very high up it’s super tight and hard but main issue is my cleavage I got none basically they’re too close is it a symmastia ? My doctor keep saying that because I went bigger it’ll take them longer to dropp and settle is that the case or will I need a revision surgery?

Tuberous breast correction is a difficult surgery. Based on your before photos and severity of your tuberous breast deformity it appears that your surgeon lowered your native IMF to allow for added space for the implants. When this is done, typically the old fold is released internally. However,...
Your doctor is correct. the 500 cc implants will be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue and will look like hard balls on your chest. Your size looks good now. Please do not change.
You are bottoming out because your original implants overly stretched and thinned your tissue. You need to go with something even smaller, or you will bottom out again. Your tissue will no longer support heavy implants.
