Generally speaking- costs for cosmetic surgery include: facility fees, anesthesia and Surgeon's costs. $2000 for your intended procedures in my opinion- will NOT cover this. The cost of surgery typically includes the surgeon's, anesthesia, and facility fees.  Liposuction for those areas may require approximately 1.5-2 hours.  I would expect the average cost for your procedure to be approximately $4000.  There are nonsurgical options, such as Coolsculpting, to consider as well that may be cheaper but may not provide the outcome you are looking for.  Search for a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
