Is it possible to fully cover top of the scalp with hair transplant?

Is it possible to fully cover, top of the scalp with hair transplants using body hair,side and back of the head? Provided someone has an undercut all over the scalp except the top, that person wouldn't require extreme density to other parts of the head. Micropigmetation could be used as well on the sides and back. I just want to see if this is possible. Can someone achieve this with high density and how much would it roughly cost, if possible? A reply would really appreciated.

Hair transplant surgery is basically relocating the hairs you have from one area to another.  If you have good donor hair, you can cover the area you want.  Scalp MicroPigmentation is used to diminish the contrast between hair and scalp color to make it look like you have more hair.

Yes, it is possible, but very dependent on exactly how much area needs to be filled, hair thickness, the quality of the donor area, and quality of body hair. This would need to be determined on a case by case basis by a doctor in person. Even with pictures this would be hard to estimate over the internet.
