It is normal to lose transplanted hairs weeks after surgery. It would be best to contact your doctor if you have issues since it is not possible tell what you are describing. It may be failed grafts, scabs, wax buildup, etc.
Thanks for your query. It is not normal for the hair to fall off with the bulb. This can be a sign of hair transplant failure. You are advised to show it to your treating doctor as soon as possibleAll The Best
This is probably not an issue. Talk to your doctor about it but it would be very unusual for your grafts to spontaneously fall out with the hairs. At one month they're pretty firmly secured so it would take significant trauma and you would almost certainly see blood or other visual indicators that something was wrong.
Shedding usually starts at about 1 weeks, can be 2-3 weeks and some or all of he grafts will shed and then return at 4-6 months. At 40 days, I would not expect any significant growth. I would recommend scheduling an in person follow up with the surgeon who did your transplant. From the photos it is hard to tell what you have going on other than some redness and irritation which you should not have at this point, you need to see the doctor to make sure you don't have...
Minoxidil will help keep the native hair on any hair that is thinning, even in the temporal areas. For the best effective, apply it 2x daily. Minoxidil is not nearly as effective as Propecia but the drug isn't extremely effective in the temporal areas. I recommend adding...
