I would like slightly larger breasts. They Are naturally on the larger side, But i would like more volume at the top half of breasts as well as a slight elevation of My nipples to create more perkiness. Is this something that can be done with an implant alone? I have not breastfed and am not planning to the next 4-5 years so i would like to avoid a lift if possible. I've read implant alone can lift the breast slightly in false ptosis cases, is this the case for me?
Answer: Breasts No, you do not have pseudo ptosis but ptosis. You will need a lift or will just have larger and still sagging breasts. However, if you go much larger, they will just sag again from the heavy weight. Also, your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest and cannot be moved high. The bases of your breasts cannot be moved. I would suggest a lift. You could consider minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening with Renuvion to help tighten your skin with small incisions.

Answer: Breast upper pole fullness and lift. Hello, thank you for your question. Yes so an implant can give you some upper pole fullness however like all things with gravity and time they will drop a bit. Given your natural breast tissue sits lower you would have to lift them up and under go and anchor lift. Speak to you plastic surgeon about your options and see if you that is something you would want.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Implants do not lift the breasts. They can change the position of the nipple-areola but not the breast tissue. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: LIft I would recommend a lift without an implant. I know, not one of your options. However, an implant would make you very large and ptotic, not the look I think you would like.

Answer: Fulller breasts A breast implant is the best shape preservation device for fullness in the upper pole of the breast. Implants come in different shapes and sizes to help accommodate different scenarios. I would not expect the nipple to be higher with just an implant or that it would keep the breast from hanging over the lower breast fold. The surgeon you see would determine whether or not any breast lift would be needed.
