Hello, I am 26 years old 53.5 kg and 159 cm and my bra size is 75C (34C in us size). I don’t want to go too big but big enough. My breasts also need a lift and my doctor suggested 300 cc mentor and high profile with memory gel. I would still like to get breasts on the bigger side, will this give me that?
Answer: Breast lift I agree you need a lift with implants. 300 cc is a perfectly good size. You don’t want to go too big because you have thin skin.

Answer: Breasts I would suggest going back to your surgeon and ask to try on that size and a few smaller and larger so you can see how it will look.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Your most significant problem is not volume but breast position. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Would 300cc round, high profile Mentor implants help me achieve a bigger result? Excellent question. I believe 300cc is probably big enough. I might go a little bit bigger just because your interested in size on your sides. 330cc might be better without over doing it. Best of luck, Dr. Miguel Mota
