In my primary the doctor added a columellar strut graft in my tip without discussing with me, it's incredibly annoying and my tip didn't need lifting. Now my tip is overprojected and too lifted. What would happen if I remove the columellar strut in a revision? Can it be removed?

You need to have a long chat to your surgeon, and find out exactly what was put where in your nose, generally if substantial pieces of structural graft are lost, you can expect both functional and cosmetic problems.
