How many units of Botox do you think I need for my 11's. Should I do Botox or filler in the 11 area?

Thank you for sharing your question about Botox. You appear to be an excellent candidate for neuromodulator injections (Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport) to the glabella (11’s), forehead, and crow’s feet (smile lines around eyes). These areas together will significantly soften your fine lines and wrinkles. For your glabella alone, you will likely need at least 20 units of Botox to see a noticeable difference. With regards to the deeper lines that are visible at rest, you may benefit from small amount of dermal filler to make lines appear flush with the surrounding skin. You also appear to be a great candidate for a hybrid fractional resurfacing laser called the Halo. This laser uses ablative and non-ablative technology to resurface the skin and improve its overall texture, tone and quality. This treatment is an excellent way to stimulate collagen, reduce pore size, and even reverse sun damage. Thank you for your question and congratulations on your decision to have Botox to treat the frown lines.  You appear to have substantial muscle volume and in my practice I would start with 35 Internationale Units of Botox because of the muscle size.  Botox is your best option.  Fillers cannot correct this problem because it is caused by muscle movement which will continue even after fillers.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Botox should work well for you based on your photograph.  For the glabella area, I would recommend 20U. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.
