Post-op, what type of pain med should I use? Do I have to use oral morphine, or can I use Tylenol?

What type of pain med should i use after having a lipo, bbl, breast lift with augmentation/implant? Do you have to use oral morphine ? or extra strenght tylenol would be enough? I'm really confuse .... Thank you
