hi, is Radio frequency therapy will help to get smooth belly skin after lipo? I think these lumpy is from scar tissue.and when i take photo, it's really obvious.
Answer: Radiofrequency treatment after liposuction has no benefit. Massage, in various external energy treatment modalities have no effect on the long-term outcome from liposuction in my opinion.

Answer: It depends on how lumpy and how loose your skin is Hello Tarije, Unfortunately sometimes liposuction does result in contour deformities, fanning, cross hatching and trying to use smaller liposuciton cannulas can help prevent this problem. However if there was a large volume of fat removed, or it was removed unevenly or the skin was somewhat loose prior to liposuciton there can be visible irregularities. Correction of this problem can be straightforward or very difficult depending on the severity of the irregularity. Correction may include repeat lipo to smooth out high spots, fat grafting to depressions or what you are referring to is Radiofrequency (as in Thermi or other devices). I have seen the RF devices help tighten skin and can even melt some fatty tissue to help smooth out irregularities. If it is skin laxity that is the problem it my be worth trying RF. If the problem is primarily depressions and lumpiness it may be best treated with additional small canulula liposuction +/- fat grafting. It depends on the severity of the irregularity, your skin tone and if very loose/irregular it may even require skin removal (mini tummy tuck).
