I have a mole near my temple that's been there for a long time. over 10 years at least but probably longer. I am 31 years old. In the last few days I've noticed it's more raised and it's somewhat tender if I press on it. I had been rubbing/squeezing it subconsciously before that (I think, but I may be remembering wrong - I wasn't paying attention) thinking it was a pimple. It hasn't changed colour and it's still symmetrical and the borders are normal. Should I be concerned? Thanks!
