Will a liquid rhinoplasty work on my nose? Where can I get it done in Kentucky? (Photos)

I’ve been very unhappy with my nose since I was a teen. I can’t and don’t really want to spend money on a rhinoplasty. I’d rather use it for a skin removal, tummy tuck, and breast lift. I herd about liquid rhinoplasty but I’m un sure my nose would look small. I want a small nose.
