My right implants feels like its stretching/pulling down. Very uncomfortable sensation. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hi, ive got a BA almost 2 years ago. I realised after 3 months that my right implant was lightly bottming out, but it didnt disturb me at that point. Its been almost 2 years now and everyday i feel my skin pulling down. Its a very strange and unfomfortable sensation as if my ligaments were stretching down or as if my right implant was loose. Do you think it has to do with my bottoming out? If yes, do you think it gets worst the more i wait? Now im constantly pushing it up so it feels better:(

Hello, if you've noticed the one implant bottoming out I'd suggest booking an assessment with your PS to discuss your options.  There are several treatments for this condition.

From your photos, it does appear that you are bottoming out.  I would recommend following up with your surgeon for evaluation and treatment plan.

It does look like you are bottoming out, and this may cause the discomfort that you are feeling. best to be evaluated in person.

Your breast implant would benefit from capsule revision and possible insertion of a surgical mesh like SERI or Strattice to improve the pocket.  It will probably progress with time, so the best time for surgery is when it bothers you enough to have another operation.

You are bottoming out on the left according to your photos.    This can be corrected with a capsule reduction procedure.   Talk to your plastic surgeon about the possibilities.   My Best,  Dr Commons
