2 days post Accutane and intense Perioral dermatitis ? After month of treatment beautiful skin now back to square one! (photo)

Just finished my 7 month treatment of Accutane (2 month x20 mg - 4.5 month x40 mg -2 wks x20 mg). My acne completely disapeared since month 3 till the day I stopped Accutane. Though as my dosage decreased, little red dot appeared around my mouth but now that I totally stopped taking Accutane the rash spread and is now intense. It looks bad and itch a lot. My questions: can the stopped of Accutane caused this? Does it usually go away on it's own? How long does it usually last? Feeling hopeless!
