Six months post BBL - am I OK to lose 10 pounds?

Asked By:StefMar9

Hello! I had a BBL done exactly 6 months ago. Am I ok to lose 10 pounds? I am 5'4" 163 pounds I want to get to 153 pounds in 12 weeks. It would be about .85 pounds a week. My main concern is has the fat healed/settled enough for me to lose a little weight. I know it will shrink my results a little but will it kill off any cells? I believe I am 100% healed
