Breast and areola different sizes? (photo)

I just had a lift, augment and nipple resized 15 days ago. I know it's still early, but will they even out and will the nipple be more alike?

Thanks for the question. After 6 weeks your surgery area is totally healed and yes you can do gym and also do other activities. I wish you all the best.

Stretching while asleep, 3 weeks post-op. Is this normal to do? Is it safe?

Waking up and finding that you've been stretching is not a problem. You and your implants are not that fragile. At the first post-op visit a week after surgery, if the patient can't raise her arms above her head, I have her do wall walking exercises. Augmentation/lift patients who use their arms...

Thank you for your question and photos.  Unfortunately scars cannot be removed.  We can sometimes make scars look better if they are wide and often lasers can help to take color out of a scar if it is too pink or red.  Your "J" scar is unfortunately quite low as you pointed out....

Medical tattooing of the nipple areolar complex is the best way to address this problem, which can occur after lift or reduction, or as a consequence of mastectomy.

There is never a reason to risk your life for cosmetic surgery. If you want to know if this is appropriate, ask your cardiologist if a 3 hour elective surgery with little blood loss is appropriate before discussing with a board certified plastic surgeon.
