Breast and areola different sizes? (photo)

I just had a lift, augment and nipple resized 15 days ago. I know it's still early, but will they even out and will the nipple be more alike?

Thanks for your question and pictures.  As you stated, it is early to determine how things will change.  Give it at least 3 months before deciding if anything has changed.

Thanks for your pictures.  This may settle out for you.  Wait 3 months to re-evaluate.  If the areolas remain different sizes then the larger one can be resized.

Jennifer, it's hard to tell what the final result will look like until at least 3-4 months out from surgery.  Over this time the tissues will settle and the inferior aspect will likely round out.  The nipples do appear to have a slightly different shape/size but time will tell if this persists long term.  Make sure you address your concerns with your surgeon at your follow up appointments.
