Jennifer, it's hard to tell what the final result will look like until at least 3-4 months out from surgery. Over this time the tissues will settle and the inferior aspect will likely round out. The nipples do appear to have a slightly different shape/size but time will tell if this persists long term. Make sure you address your concerns with your surgeon at your follow up appointments.
