So when I wake up I sometimes catch myself stretching my chest and right afterwards I feel somewhat better. Is this normal to do in your sleep and safe? I had a ba/lift three weeks ago.

Keep them tapped or covered with silicone strips. Available in any drug store. I have my patients keep up a routine like that minimum of 6 months. if I think the scar is still not mature I asked it them to keep it up until the scar is soft and flat. still best to check with your own doctor
