Stretching while asleep, 3 weeks post-op. Is this normal to do? Is it safe?

So when I wake up I sometimes catch myself stretching my chest and right afterwards I feel somewhat better. Is this normal to do in your sleep and safe? I had a ba/lift three weeks ago.
