Hello this is my second breast reduction due to them growing back. Doctor promised me a nice European look. I did my research and trusted this doctor whole heartedly. Since day one I told my doctor I did not like my results. My nipples were weird looking, scars all around and then dog ears. A few appointments ago he agreed to fix this and now he is backing out on his word. This whole experience has affected my mental in a negative way. What can I do ?
Answer: Surgery I would suggest meeting with another surgeon and discussing your concerns and options. Then, go back to your first surgeon and see if he will do the revision for you.

Answer: A scar revision should definitely be done to correct these scars. It is important to conduct proper aftercare. Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. If you have late plastic surgery scars, you may also require laser and RF therapy to help reduce the longterm effects of the scarring. Keloids, hypertrophic scars, widened scars, red scars, and hyperpigmented scars all require scar modulation with topical creams followed by lasers and RF therapy. Topical skincare should be directed to a specific need, whether for pigmentation or hypertrophy and our office can guide you through the process to obtain the correct Plato’s Scar cream or Melarase cream for hypertrophy and discoloration. In terms of lasers, we would employ the vbeam laser for redness, Venus Viva RF, PRP microneedling, chemical peels, and Morpheus 8, fractional erbium, or fractional co2. All of these have their individual benefits. Most of all, we recommend you visit a solid plastic surgeon who understands surgical scar revision, laser therapy, and RF therapy for scars. Answer: Breast revision Thank you for submitting your question and including photos! I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon like myself so we can create a surgical plan that is best for you and your goals! Your scars and dog ears can be revised with a quick revision procedure under local numbing or general anesthesia. It's important to find a surgeon that listens to your goals and understands what your expectations are.

Answer: Bad breast reduction. What can I do? Hi @Glorious201993, thank you for your question. It is possible to do a revision and reposition the breast tissue with minimal scarring improving the overall proportion and correcting the nipples. In my case I would approach a Breast Pectomy my patented technique BRALIFT (breast reconstruction with anatomical lift) is a procedure that is performed with the tissue itself, with an "L" incision, being the minimum and smallest scar possible to achieve the best result. This surgery seeks to relocate in a higher position the areola and nipple, improve the shape of the breast, reorganizing the mammary parenchyma. Improving the proportionality of the patient's appearance, its symmetry and providing greater firmness. To ensure we meet your needs and expectations, I would recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss a surgical plan that takes into account what can realistically be achieved with a plastic surgeon who has experience with this procedure if you are considering breast revision surgery to ensure optimal results. Best wishes. Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: You have options to improve your results It sounds like you already did this, but I need to mention that you need to be explicit with your surgeon. You need to state the things that bother you and what the specific areas are and why. Then once he knows exactly what you are thinking you can both discuss options. If after your surgeon is on the same page as you regarding what bothers you, they cannot come up with an option which you feel will meet your goals, then seek a second opinion.
