I had my tear troughs injected with restaylne silk for the first time 9 days ago. I'm not happy with the result so far. I feel it makes my face look way fuller. Will the swelling go down even more or should I get it dissolved? Thanks

Answer: Restylane silk Hello, and thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having problems following your injection. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon to have swelling in the tear trough area for several weeks and sometimes one month following your procedure. Continue to follow up with your treating physician. If there is no resolution you may consider hyaluronidase injections. Best of luck.

Answer: Will tear trough swelling after fillers go down more after 9 days? I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with the results of your Restylane Silk injections. If it has only been nine days since your injections, I suspect that you may still have some swelling that hasn't resolved yet. The good news about all hyaluronic acid injections is that they can be reversed with hyaluronidase if results are not what you desire. I would give it another week or two and if it hasn't resolved by then, please talk to your doctor.
