What should I expect from liposuction touch ups done awake and in office? (photos)

Awake liposuction is actually less risk than general anesthesia. You will feel the initial numbing and be given time for it to work. Once numbed, you may feel a little pushing. Your recovery will be faster.

Your pictures shower done liposuction with no clear indication of doing revision work. Make sure that the contour irregularities are due to excess subcutaneous fat and not mild skin laxity. You can do that by putting the skin on attention and then gently feeling the fat layer to see if it’s consistent or Still present in excess.
Each plastic surgeon will have the router, experience, skill and competence with doing awake procedures. Personally, I do all liposuction with patients awake using mild sedation and local anesthesia. This includes major fat, transfer procedures.
I’ve done over 8000 a week Liposuction procedures. There is a learning curve to doing this and the experience for the patient has a lot to do with each provider.
Generally, speaking, catch-up procedures are going to be less aggressive and less involved than the major operation. Revision procedures typically do not contribute all that much to final results. Instead of this revisions are clearly indicated.
To me, it looks like the result is excellent and I don’t honestly see a need for secondary Liposuction.
