I had abdominal liposuction done in Dec 2022. Five months later, I'm relatively happy with the results, but they are rather uneven--there are noticeable pockets of fat above my belly button, whereas below my navel it's pretty smooth. The surgeon has offered to do free liposuction touchups in office. I would be sedated but awake. Is this risky? What recovery would I expect compared to the major liposuction under gen anesthesia?
