When doing a bbl, does th fat stay only where its injected?

There are different places where we could injected it: it could be under the skin (subcutaneous) or inside the muscle; those different places could affect the survival rate but not the traveling. Answer: Fat transfer to the buttock The fat does not move once it is injected into a certain area of the buttock. The fat needs to be carefully injected into the correct location, which is typically into the gluteal muscle or just on top of the muscle. It takes a few months for the fat to soften up and settle however. Consult with a few plastic surgeons in person to see if you are a good candidate.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Answer: In FAT TRANSFER CASES (such as BBL) does the fat slowly travel around the buttocks? The grafted fat stays where it was placed. It does not run like liquid in a bottle.The augmentation you see at 6 months or so is likely to be the final result unless you gain or lose weight.
