I have an appointment for a revision rhinoplasty and I found out a few days ago that I have an ovarian cyst that is leaking fluid into my pelvis. There are no major symptoms other than pain that fluctuates on different spots of my abdomen. The rhinoplasty will be performed under local anaesthesia, is it safe to proceed with the surgery?
