My PS had told me after my rhinoplasty last year that I couldn't work out at all for 8 weeks after my rhinoplasty, and then at 8 weeks I could do light cardio for 15 minutes. I followed their instructions, but this seemed way excessive to me. I lost a lot of strength and mental health benefits in that long of a time. Elsewhere, I haven't seen THAT extreme of restrictions. I had the procedure done in Mexico (excellent results, by the way). Is this strict of an exercise prohibition medically supported? I ask because I was thrilled with my experience and results and am debating whether to return to them for additional procedures in the future.
