Is a tip rhinoplasty worth the risk? (Photos)

I generally really like my overall shape, but I think my tip is too big for my face, my ideal nose job result would be my same nose with just a smaller more symmetrical tip, I don’t want more definition on my nose tip because I like its shape and its roundness suits me as I have quite soft features with not much sharpness, I don’t want my nose to have any extra height or slope. My question is the risk worth it since I only want one thing thing to change and even then I want it to have the same shape just a smaller size , or is it because I want only a minor change would it be considered low risk?
