Considering rhinoplasty - could I achieve more definition and balance? (Photo)

I’m considering rhinoplasty and would really appreciate professional feedback. My goal is refinement rather than a dramatic change. From your perspective, I’d love to know: • Would tip plasty and alarplasty alone be sufficient to improve the overall appearance? What type of tip plasty might be most appropriate in my case? I feel that my nostrils show too much and the lower half of my nose appears too wide. When I smile, my nose also flares and becomes wider. • Does my bridge appear low, and would bridge augmentation be beneficial? Would osteotomies likely be required? • Do you notice any asymmetry or structural issues that could potentially be addressed? I’m mainly looking for better definition and balance, not a completely different nose. Thank you for your insights.
