Basolabial angle and flat upper lip - could rhinoplasty address this? (Photo)

I am unhappy with the look of my nasolabial angle and the flatness of my upper lip. I habe just completed teeth alignment with invisalign and have had filler for projection in my upper lip, albeit a conservative amount. Is this something a rhinoplasty could address?
