Your question surgeries are elective, and as such it is ideal to make you as healthy as possible prior to surgery. I would suggest talking with your primary care doctor and/or cardiologist about your irregular heartbeat and anxiety prior to scheduling with a plastic surgeon. Ideally, you would have these issues worked up and managed, and would have a letter of clearance from these providers at your first plastic surgery visit. This allows your surgeon to approach your consultation with additional information to discuss the risks and benefits of surgery.

Based on their evaluation, decision should be made whether it is safer to do multiple shorter procedures or to do abdominal and breast surgeries together. Communication between your plastic surgeon and cardiologyst is essencial. Good luck.
