I would like to know if you an irregular heart beat or anxiety or both can you still have a mommy makeover done. I also would like to know does it make sense to do a tummy tuck instead of having breast and tummy tuck done or are you at high risk. Should patients with irregular heart beats be worried if they have two procedures done and or get this procedure with this irregular heart beat.

Before considering surgery, consult with a cardiologist due to your irregular heartbeat. Different heart rhythms carry various risks, especially concerning clot formation during surgery.
For those with anxiety, ensure you have proper mental health support around your procedure.
If deemed safe by your cardiologist, I'd advise staging your surgeries: starting with the tummy tuck and later the breast procedure. This minimizes overall body stress.

When you say irregular heartbeat, that could mean various things. Without knowing your exact condition, no one can give you a definitive answer. I’d recommend consulting with a Board certified Plastic Surgeon for your procedure. If they feel necessary, they can send you for cardiac clearance to make sure you are physically fit for surgery. Your question surgeries are elective, and as such it is ideal to make you as healthy as possible prior to surgery. I would suggest talking with your primary care doctor and/or cardiologist about your irregular heartbeat and anxiety prior to scheduling with a plastic surgeon. Ideally, you would have these issues worked up and managed, and would have a letter of clearance from these providers at your first plastic surgery visit. This allows your surgeon to approach your consultation with additional information to discuss the risks and benefits of surgery.

Issues like these need to be cleared with your interist and, if needed, cadiologyst. Based on their evaluation, decision should be made whether it is safer to do multiple shorter procedures or to do abdominal and breast surgeries together. The cardiac risk assessment is done as well as the other important organs are evaluated as the kidney and liver function. Your safety first and foremost.
