Want mommy makeover & hernia repair, can I do fat transfer with breast lift & not implants? (Photos)

I want to get a BBL, hernia repair and muscle repair, I would need liposuction and also want to do something with my breasts because they sag but I don't want to do implants if not necessary. I want to be a 36C and I'm currently a 34B. What are my options?

Based on these photos, it would be in your best interest to do your surgeries in stages. Abdominoplasty, hernia repair, breast lift and breast augmentation (implant in range of 300 ml) should be the first stage. This should be followed with liposuction and fat grafting/sculpting of buttocks and hips, 6 months later. Depending of your medical status and BMI, this plan may be adjusted based on your plastic surgeon preferrence. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Thank you for your inquiry about combining multiple procedures in one surgical session. While possible, I recommend staging these surgeries for safety and best results.
Initially, consider liposuction of areas like the abdomen, back, and love handles, then transfer the fat to the buttocks and breasts. After a recovery interval, typically 1-2 months, proceed with the abdominoplasty, breast lift, and hernia repair. If the initial fat transfer doesn't provide the breast volume you desire, breast implants can be introduced during the second phase.
In sum, while these procedures can be done, staging them is safer and allows for adjustments based on outcomes. I trust this offers clarity on the matter.

I would begin with your breasts using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. You have extra back skin high on the chest wall. You would benefit from a braline lift or back lift at the same time. In terms of your abdomen, this procedure would have to be performed by itself as you are large. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

You can have an abdominoplasty with muscle repair and hernia repair at the same time. Liposuction of the abdomen and waist is also part of the abdominoplasty. The breast can be lifted as well and the fat that is suctioned can be used for the breast, By narrowing your waist and performing liposuction of your back , waist and sacral area, your butt can be shaped in order to give the appearance of a bigger butt without needing the BBL. These 3 procedures can be done simultaneously. I would not recommend an actual full BBL because the volume of your butt is adequate. Your projecting abdomen makes it appear that your butt is smaller. My recommendation is liposuction 360 and liposuction of your outer thighs, abdominoplasty with muscle repair and hernia repair and Breast lift. (Mastopexy with Fat Grafting). Surgery would be 8 hours. Get a mammogram prior to surgery if you are 45 and over. You can do it all or stage it in 2 surgeries.

Thanks for your question. Depending on your goals, you may be a good candidate for the surgery as noted above (mommy makeover, tummy tuck, breast lift, lipo, fat grafting). Based on your photos, the hernia appears rather large, because of this I would recommend that it be repaired prior to the surgery mentioned. This is because during a tummy tuck, the blood supply is disrupted to the umbilical stalk, and a hernia repair also disrupts the blood supply. Too much disrupted blood supply can result in umbilical stalk necrosis. I recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in complex situations like this for further information.

generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a elective procedures, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery.
