I had A deep plane face and necklift 7 months ago. I flew to TJ for procedure, so going back there isnt an option. I've had this suture under my skin since surgery and has started to concern me as it hasn't dissolved and is painful. Ive been waiting for it to break the skin but it hasnt. I have a few more I feel but dont hurt. What do I do? My doctor and his office aren't any help.

I would recommend a revision facelift/necklift. The liposuction only reduces the fat directly under the skin; it does not address the redundant skin, fullness of the fat/structures below the platysma muscle of the neck, and poor definition of the jawline.
